- The Infinity Collection is all about life and its many facets, twists and turns, round and round, to infinity. Ever onwards, ever moving forward. Imperfect ovals, sculpted to be organic in shape. Ups and Downs. Smooth edges, tactile and calming. Ovals are deliberately non-symmetrical and are designed to be imperfect circles. Pieces are designed to move with the body and hang in different ways creating different shapes and different looks. All pieces are designed and made with soft, flowing edges - perfect for those that like to fiddle with their jewellery!
- Infinity Slice Collection – flatter or slightly thinner pieces – designed to be more affordable, you can buy A Slice of the Infinity Collection but not literally – all pieces are still hand carved individually in wax first to represent elements of existing shapes within the collection.
- Infinity Sea – survival against the elements, beneath the Deep Blue, travelling far and wide inspired by light reflections, crashing waves, nature programmes, shimmering golden sands, grey steely winter walks on the beach itself.
These pieces of jewellery represent elements of the sea and life within it and are all handcarved in wax first (other than the shells, and some tiny pebble stones which are cast from shells collected from Brighton and Hove beaches– these deliberately show elements of the shells journey through life and are supposed to be slightly imperfect). The shells and tiny pebbles are the only pieces in the current Infinity collections that are cast from found or existing objects – Katrina’s work is all about the sculptural hand carving of the wax.inf
Pieces are not designed to be “matching sets” – therefore some pieces are highly polished, some satin polished and some brushed matt polished to represent the fact that life is not perfectly polished throughout. All pieces work together when worn together and are designed to be “collectables” so that you can buy different necklaces, for example, but wear the ”charms” stacked up together on the same necklace, should you wish, even if they are different shapes.
